What are the active ingredients in your product?

Silverion - This ingredient provides a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity and is effective against unwanted skin bacteria and pathogenic microorganisms.

Benzethonium Chloride - Works as an antibacterial agent, especially for rinse-off applications.

Organic Natural Ethanol - Made from the by-products of Sugar & Starch. This Organic ethanol is a great alternative to the traditional petroleum ethanols.

It is gentle and has all the antibacterial properties.

Plus the proprietary essential oil blend of sandalwood, nerolina, white cyprus and honey myrtle have been carefully chosen for their anti-microbial and antifungal properties amongst other amazing benefits.

Is your product clinically tested?

The esst sanitising cream is Tested in an independent government laboratory facility confirming it kills 99.9% of bacteria including the strains of Staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, enterococcus hirae, Escherichia coli to give you the confidence that it performs. That's why this cream is so exciting!  

Is your product vegan friendly?

Yes, our products are made from plant based ingredients.

Is your product cruelty free?

Yes, the ingredients are not tested on animals.

Is your product suitable for children?

The product is safe to use not only on children but safe to have around children as children are unlikely to drink a cream formula.

We advise that you consult the list of ingredients for a product before you make a decision to purchase to make sure there are no known intolerances i.e sensitivities to nuts.

What is the expiry date?

Please refer to the product packaging for expiry dates, which is displayed as an open container symbol near the barcode.

Where is your product made?

esst is made in an ISO 9001 internationally approved facility in Sydney, Australia.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes, this is as important to us as the formula. However recyclability is a work in progress relying on what's available to us at the time.

esst tubes can be recycled by our producer, simply return the empty tube to: esst PO Box 9176, Brighton, Vic, 3186 and we’ll arrange for it to be recycled for you.

Where do you ship to? And how long does it take?

Our delivery partner Sendle ship to over 200 countries and territories worldwide. 

COVID-19 Update: Arrival time may vary due to an influx of shipping. We can not guarantee the delivery timing, as couriers are experiencing a greater amount of shipments during these times. 

Under normal circumstances the following timelines are a guide. 

Orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. 

Australian online orders via standard shipping are anticipated to be delivered within 2-10 business days. 

10 to 30 working days for international depending on your location and zone. 

We are unable to ship to some countries at the moment, you can check here.

We are currently unable to ship to North America.

What are your shipping rates?

$10 within Australia and free shipping on orders over $50.

Can I return my product?

Personal care must be taken with understanding an ingredient list before using any new product. If unsure we recommend consulting a health professional.

If the package has been opened, the products are unopened/new and your order falls within our 30-day return policy, you may ship the package back to us, using this delivery address:

As soon as we receive and process the package, we will be in touch regarding your refund. Please know that we will refund the price of the product, but are unable to refund your shipping costs.
